Human civilization made tremendous progress during the last 5 thousand years because humans have an inbuilt structure to maximize socio-economic-biological order. So the truth-justice loving minds always dreamt to cure the prevailing evils & enrich their quality of life. Today we are again at crossroads because the whole world is facing some kind of ‘mental unbalancing’. Time is ripe to let mind experts pave way for ‘PUBLIC controlling, INDIVIDUAL oriented, MIND dominated, BOTTOM up, NO Party, CENTRIST world order’ and slowly for ‘Bottom Up Unified Civilization’ implemented by the ‘World Government’. Maxwell himself had wondered at his calculations but later his hypothesis led to the grand success by Edison. Its another matter that a huge network of ‘DALAL’ silently fed by politicians through so absurd top down system find that Rajiv Nehan (son of Indira Nehru with Feroz Khan) had explored new ideas of electromagnetism, designed light devices, created policies without the support from bureaucrats & himself implemented for electrifying all villages in India. That’s why ‘Gramin Vidyutikaran Yojna’ in his honor. Indian politicians are so competent & socially sensitive that’s why socio-economic-political thinkers don’t need to cry for reforms rather they motivate/guide them to work for the crippled first. On the other hand genes of Prof. APJ Kalam/Manmohan Singh/Sam Pitroda etc are not as efficient. Ha ha ha… The academia has so far not revolted against obvious crimes on them through so absurd top down system. If the world can not respect those providing them a theory of electromagnetism for enjoying the benefits of electricity or a deeper understanding of ‘DNA’ structure for modifying genes etc then it reflects the serious mental problem of the ‘world citizens’.

But should we just lament or dare to create new foundations. Pl do read what the media expert Pramod Joshi jee wrote in 10^th Sept 07 hindi newspaper ‘Hindustan’ : “Nadaniyon ki varsha aur kambakhti ke chhate - Patthar yug isliye khatma nahi hua ki pattharon ki kami pad gai thi. My PhD thesis examiner Prof. Stuart Hameroff is a leading expert on consciousness studies & regularly organize international conferences, so I request him to focus on exploring the ‘real reasons’ of Iraq war type crimes, corruption, terrorism, theft of intellectual property, human trafficking & sex rackets & all other evils and motivate academicians to introspect & come forward for a new ‘Bottom Up Unified Civilization’. If research is confined in Nature/Science/JCS type journals or benefits the elites mostly then it’s betraying the ‘PUBLIC’ and wasting ‘PUBLIC money. I am very happy to find that now MIT, Oxford, Cambridge authorities are introspecting that such institutes should no more work for satisfying the interests of politicians, industrialists & all other elites. Why any society should agree with such a capitalism that extracts the resources from the bottom and transfers to top strata through top down representative or feudal system. Its astonishing or rather shameful to find that so many ‘TYAGI’ minds fail to throw such a system that is continuously drawing resources from the public taxes but delivering only 15% back to them, rest for elites. Why academicians should not challenge the industrialists that the money they invested for creating an institution belonged to the public and so they must pursue the welfare of the public first. Gandhi Jee was more far sighted than Nehru whose concept of ‘Trusteeship’ modified along my original research can really minimize all crimes in the world done due to the unbalanced mind or money schizophrenia. Bush committed the ‘Iraq War’ blunder because the American society is consumerist & even today not ready to listen what Pope has advised i.e. they are extremely ‘selfish’ & want everything for themselves without caring for future. Nobel laureate Prof. Yunus (prof.yunus@gmail.com) also lamented that the consumerist lifestyle of the west as well as their followers in the whole world are leading to the drowning of Bangla Desh & other sea level countries due to global warming. Is it not the real face of ‘HUNTington civilization. Fortunately the celebrated physicist Prof. Stephen Hawking had recently asked some questions for the survival of planet earth for another 100 years & now argues for colonizing other planets. That may be a distant dream but let us first explore new solutions here itself. Mental problems & impotence of mind experts themselves is equally responsible for crime, corruption, terrorism, theft of intellectual property, victor’s justice etc. Let Lucy Hawking, the journalist daughter of Prof. Stephen Hawking focus her energies for nucleating ‘WORLD MOVEMENT FOR SOCIO-ECONOMIC JUSTICE’. Prof. APJ Kalam (apj@abdulkalam.com), ex-President of India also has shown interest in exploring space technologies for next industrial revolution such that poorest of the poor countries like Africa/Latin America may also grow fast.

Of course academicians have to come forward for shaping a new civilization where GENUINE minds must be honored through infrastructure itself i.e. promoting them at VISION TANK above PM and equivalent to President will solve the problem of crimes on them while semester grading by the public for their effective ideas to solve the sufferings of the poor will minimize crimes by them. I have developed an ‘academic’ infrastructure for such goals. I request the consciousness experts to debate on crimes on me by IITK & nucleate a new system with me. Subject : The Issue Of Change Of Thesis Supervisor

Respected Madam,

With due respect I want to bring some of my problems to your notice :

I have been exploring the interdisciplinary area of ‘Neurophilosophy’ under the supervision of Prof. B.H. Boruah and Prof. N.K. Sharma. My work centers around ‘Why Neural Correlates Of Consciousness Don’t Suffice’ in the light of recent proposal of ‘New Physics’ by Sir Roger Penrose and Stuart Hameroff. For the last one year and a half, I have been actively exploring the relevance of ‘New Physics’ in the brain to explain mind. Till now I have studied most of the scientific theories of mind and trying to evaluate the status of recent neuroscientific theories. In my thesis all these theories are just to be used as the context for ‘Consciousness In The Framework of New Physics’. My writing skills are entirely different and I guess that my specific innate neurological properties force me to write a ‘condensed but full of content’ thesis.

Last semester my thrust on quantum neuroscience over computational neuroscience required to let me drop Prof. G.C. Ray and add Prof. N.K. Sharma. Before joining Prof. N.K. Sharma I had shown him my work many times so as not to face any problem in future. But unfortunately for the last two months my supervisors have been persuading me to change either the topic or the supervisor. My work not only requires deep ‘Neuro/Quantum’ insights but precise explorations as well. I am fortunate that Prof. Tulsidass is exploring some of these details in his new course ‘Physics And The Mind’.’

Since my proposal to add Prof. Tulsidass to complete this interdisciplinary task at the earliest is not acceptable to Prof. Boruah and Prof. Sharma, I request you to be kind enough to allow me to work solely under the supervision of Prof. Tulsidass. I assure you that I am working very hard to complete my work within time. I am sure that this is my second and last request for this issue.

May I request you to focus your attention on the rule of ‘Thesis Supervisor(s) for a student will be appointed from among the faculty members of IIT Kanpur using modalities decided by the deptt’. Since my department has no objections, I request you to decide my case at the earliest so that I may not waste my time in uncertainty. I request you to help me for the sake of developing a new work in the institute or probably in the country.

The above letter to SPGC chairperson Prof. Manjul Gupta from the Mathematics Deptt., IITK has been signed by my co-supervisor Prof. N.K. Sharma & main supervisor Prof. Bijoy Boruah on 7^th April 1998. But under the departmental pressure later I dropped some sentences in the above letter to get the issue cleared by SPGC.

INDIAN COUNCIL OF PHILOSOPHICAL RESEARCH gave me a certificate signed by internationally renowned phenomenologist Prof. R. Sundara Rajan & ICPR Programme Officer Dr A.K. Mukhopadhyaya that reads : “This is to certify that

attended and participated in the Advanced Course on Phenomenology held at the Academic Centre of the Indian Council of Philosophical Research, Butler Palace, Lucknow from March 11 to 24, 1996. As part of the programme of the Advanced Course also participated in a Symposium on Philosophy and Social Relevance held on 15^th March, 1996 and presented a paper entitled The Relevance of Neuro-Philosophy For Explaining Human Action at a Seminar on 23^rd/24^th March, 1996.” This is a clear proof that though I took one year & a half to learn philosophical terms because of my engineering background but by that time I learnt Neurophilosophy also on my own. But unfortunately Prof. R.S. Mishra asked me ‘Yeh Neurophilosophy kis chiriya ka naam hai’ (i.e. they were confined to traditional philosophical theories & were not receptive to explore Neurophilosophy developed/promoted by Patricia Smith Churchland (pschurchland@ucsd.edu) & Paul Churchland). IITK philosophy faculty Prof. S.A. Shaida had not only recommended me to Prof. R. Sundararajan but was all the time expressing to me ‘You talk like Narlikar but you have to learn philosophy the way we teach you’. Later he sent a very warm greeting to me after his retirement expressing that he expects me to explore something new & I have the capability to achieve higher. Let HSS Deptt explain why they graded me X grades every semester threatening me to terminate any time. There was no single day for long 8 years that I could feel smooth PhD work. Let internationally reputed Times of India & its experts explain on what grounds they have more faith in what Prof. K.K. Saxena (kks@iitk.ac.in) told them than exploring the truth about my case. Why it should not be concluded that the whole world including TOI is very busy in multiplying their goals from MY original research ideas & that’s why DELIBERATELY keeping me suppressed. I have written sentences/personal letters/recommendation letters/e-mails etc from many faculties from IITK and outside, let Times of India continue with whatever they had been doing to me. Prof. K.K. Saxena explained to me that he expressed nothing negative about me when Joseph Benny of Times of India contacted him.

Dr V.Sanil had helped me by persuading Prof. Mohini Mulick, a postmodern philosophy professor, to change my grade from ‘F’ to ‘D’ because in the first semester (July 1994-Dec 1994) Prof. S.A. Shaida & Prof. Bijoy Boruah both were keenly interested to let me pursue, so ‘F’ grade by Prof. Mohini Mulick could have not got me terminated with 2 ‘A’ grades. Dr Sanil (now faculty at HSS Deptt., IIT Delhi) was labeling me a ‘free thinker’ while Dr G. Nagarjun (now at HBCSE, Mumbai) was always fascinated as well as puzzled with my arguments. I was frequently having 3-6 hours long discussions with Nagarjun during my first year of PhD, who encouraged me to ‘Neurophilosophy’.

For the last 3 years Mr K.N. Sachdev has been creating enormous troubles of some kind or the other to me. It was never that I could manage myself according to his wishes. I would remind you that approximately 1.5 years back when Mr Neeraj twisted my hand, I had reported you. You had suggested us to mutually sort out our problems. But we could never develop good communication.

Some 4 days back Mr Neeraj all of a sudden pushed my back and informed me about a seminar at HBCSE, Mumbai. Since I am trying all my best to keep myself away from unnecessary communication with him, I could not understand his so much cordial behaviour of informing about the seminar. I DON’T UNDERSTAND FOR WHAT PURPOSE MR NEERAJ SACHDEV TRIES TO TOUCH MY BODY PARTS, ESPECIALLY MT HEAD AND BACK.

Since we are a part of the deptt., obviously we can not avoid some essential communication e.g. matters related with FB 619 and the matter of FB 620 key. But in no case I want that he or anyone else should touch my body parts. It would be nice that we communicate through some distance.

Hereby I request you to instruct Neeraj to communicate with me by maintaining some distance.

Mr Kumar Neeraj Sachdev, now faculty at Birla Institute of Technology & Science, was creating bad image about me for the sake of his PhD under Prof. R.S. Mishra while Mridula Dwivedi (MA in economics from Banasthali Vidyapeeth) was fighting against me because she was not having correct information about the crime games by IITK. She continuously believed in what department faculties & some senior students were portraying about me i.e. I am mentally disturbed as well as sexually weak that’s why they are grading me ‘X’ leading to my termination after 8X grades. When I started arguing for long in any discussion/seminar/conference then the department portrayed that I am suffering from the mental disease of thinking big & vacuous. IITK director Prof. K.A. Padmanabhan (kap@iitk.ac.in) had expressed to me : ‘You are very strong in research’ when I had gone to meet him at his house but was indecisive to handle the case of silent termination. Mridula had to take ‘recommendation letter’ from the faculties for her good career. It seems that later she came to know about ‘silent’ efforts to terminate me by Prof Lilawati Krishnan.

I will remind you that Prof. Prawal Sinha had recommended me to you for treatment. Since after that I faced much serious health problems I request you to explain the following in much detail within 15 days so that I may take some concrete conclusions :

(1) Please explain what Prof. Prawal Sinha and Prof. Tulsi Dass had opined to you about my case before my discussion with you at visitor’s hostel.

(2) What problems you had observed and why you had given me such medicines that created tremendous havoc in my health conditions e.g. I became obese, my hair turned white, my sex dried during the injections, and I was totally incapable to study as was observed by Prof. Tulsi Dass also who had been merciful to grade me favourably. Please note that my ‘MRI’ at PGI Lucknow had shown no discrepancy. Please explain why you were giving me ‘illusion medicines’ than ‘regenerative medicines’ while I was continuously requesting you to trust that Prof. Lilawati Krishnan and R.S.Mishra had played dirty game to ruin my career and life. There seems 2 possibilities : (1) Incorrect diagnosis/medication unbalanced the neurochemicals in my brain while you could have cured me just by your sympathies from so much injustice done to me by IITK. Or (2) During your treatment and later chemical dosing or some extra scientific methods like tantra-mantra, psychic attack etc might have been used with an escape route of psychological treatment. I will inform you that during my audit courses from Prof. U.B.Tewari, S.D.Joglekar and K.Srihari my memory suddenly got extremely damaged. There are many observations that I will share to higher authorities only.

(3) You were treating me with a faith that IITK professors can damage the career of students but not their life but why you were ignoring the possibility of damaging my brain by external methods. Given the kind of manipulation done to prove me ‘illusioned’ to perceive my termination and the way I have been forced for the psychiatric treatment I have every reason to doubt their intentions to prove me like J. N. Mishra. The most learned pranic healer Dr Cliff Saldanah and Mrs Vidu Shekhar had speculated for the role of psychic attack. Since now I do realize the limitations of scientific method I can not underestimate such methods. I am totally skeptic to identify all the sources of my brain damage that may be a big question for the international community of medical/neuroscience/psychology experts including AIIMS and other best centers. So please write in details about your diagnosis at that time for identifying the best possible cure now. Now I have serious problems in my left brain while before the recommendation of my termination by Prof. Lilawati Krishnan I was not so bad. I will provide the proofs when needed.

(4) IITK was forcing me to change my topic on the grounds of my incapability. I faced temporary sex troubles during marriage because of jaundice in 1991 while doctor opined ‘nothing wrong’. Even if I was unhealthy to pursue my preferred research topic, my supervisor should have recommended my termination, who was Prof. Lilawati Krishnan. How could have I responded the argument ‘your wife is satisfied with you because she is also like you’ while you never opined her likewise. Under extreme criticism I tried to experiment with others but I faced serious family drama that shattered all of us. My both sides traditional family kicked me but all faced depression. My wife is now very popular among her biotechnology students. If you say that all this happened because of my mental illness then I can also say likewise for you. If you are incapable to understand that all this chaos originated because IITK was incompetent to understand such a path breaking research and even today can not answer my questions then I will strongly suggest you to get treated by some competent psychiatrist. Just have faith in my advice treating yourself as a student and me as a psychiatrist. Please note that Prof. Bruce Mangan (UC Berkeley) e-mailed me : From a brief look just now I can say that you think and write clearly’ on the very same write up on which I was failed. But the deptt argued that from the broad look opinion will be different while Prof. CVR Murthy (Aero, IITK) interpreted it very positive. He opined that IITK faculties don’t give such recommendations even to their own students. Prof. P.P.Sah (English, IITK) also interpreted it positive. The world authority Prof. Stuart Hameroff graded my thesis ‘A’. How many Indians can challenge Prof. Stephen Hawking/Sir Roger Penrose/David Chalmers etc.

(5) For a long time I compared my wife with IITK girls but my oscillations not only led to perceptual disorders but also serious quarrels with my wife and her family members who often asked whether IITK girls are like Jenifer Lopez/Shakira. I can equally ask a question that Prof. Lilawati Krishnan is born ‘Napunsak’ that’s why she neither married nor could produce an earthshaking research, so she must resign or get terminated. Its surprising that academically fertile and sexually strong IITK students/faculties don’t want even to comment on my research. My hypothesis is ‘Consciousness is a topologically unified information theoretic spatial structure of the brain that keeps on changing with the changing neural conditions where quantum computing in brain microtubules may bilaterally interact with this unified space that in turn may collapse the superposed tubulins to either state and thus may control the neurotransmitter dynamics. Just ask Prof. Bijoy Boruah, G.C.Ray, N.K.Sharma, Tulsi Dass to tell any better proposal existing in literature. Its very surprising that the best academic centers like IITK don’t take some concrete steps to produce nobel laureates, UN secretary, President, Prime Minister, Bill Gates etc. I strongly think that Allahabad university has better output with less resources. I request you to speak the truth for making IITK like MIT/Caltech than justifying their mega crimes.

(6) I think that I am born with tremendous capacities to struggle hard. I will definitely regenerate to the full once correct mechanisms of my brain damage are clear to the experts for prescribing the best possible cure. At present the doctors have no choice but to seem guessing. Though psychology is so open subject that anything can be concluded yet now its very urgent to understand how my brain gets damaged again and again : Could so much mental torture and uncertainties develop some strange disease or some ‘tantra-mantra’ etc is damaging me. I am not willing to accept the argument of IITK that only excessive mental torture for long 8 years is responsible for my brain damage otherwise I fail to explain how my son got damaged during those days. The only explanation that comes to my mind is that in order to prove me ‘genetically born napunsak’ they tried to damage my son also though he is now regenerating. For the last 2 years they are not responding to my letters for discussion of my charges. Only IITK can provide a better understanding of my problems by forcing Prof. Krishnan and Mishra to speak about me. After knowing your opinion I will forward my request to IITK and higher authorities.

I request you to speak according to your understanding of my problems than manipulating in the name of ‘forgetting my case’. I had been repeatedly requesting you and whole IIT Kanpur to organize discussion on my letters to Prof. Lilawati Krishnan, R.S. Mishra, Arvind Sinha and many others for the charges of my brain damage by excessive mental torture and external methods like chemical dosing, tantra-mantra, psychic attack etc but nobody listened. My problem is that without this discussion Prof. Lilawati Krishnan and R. S. Mishra will keep on damaging me and my family members more and more with valid logic so that IITK will never be able to question them. I strongly feel that their intention is not to kill me but to damage me and my family members so that we may never be capable of doubting them. I want to inform you again that I was recommended to the psychiatrist on the grounds that I was mentally disturbed/illusioned to perceive my termination by Prof. Lilawati Krishnan at the instigation by Prof. R.S.Mishra but I have come to know that she argued in the IITK senate that I was mentally disturbed and incapable to pursue my preferred topic that’s why she recommended my termination. Since both the conclusions are valid but contradictory I beg you to enlighten me with correct information so that I may identify all the correct sources of my brain disorders and seek the best possible natural cure. Please don’t do the crime of damaging me and my family in the name of academic unity. I again inform the whole IITK that I fail to understand how my son got damaged during those days when the justification of changing my topic was given on the grounds that my wife was satisfied with me because she was also like me. My thinking is that as soon as IITK organizes this discussion the correct information will be in the minds of people and the media to avoid any damage in future otherwise people will keep on treating me ‘mentally disturbed’ and I will never understand the sources of my ruin.

It had been a great shock for me why my supervisors, who are different from criminal academicians, did not save me from so much chaos. You had e-mailed to all about the status of security. Some IITK professors were also cautioning me that safety is the priority. I have been informed that Prof. Krishnan has a very strong network at IISC and JNCASR and the topmost level ‘academia-bureaucracy-judiciary’ network will do everything to suppress me. But now I will take head on. Now my Raebareli/Amethi/Sultanpur community will blow hot in the whole country if any calamity happens. I request you to provide correct information to me and higher authorities whether I am illusioned to perceive my termination or I have been damaged through an escape route of psychological treatment. Bangalore and NBRC badly needs the correct information about my history and track record so that they may take correct decisions about me than feeling guilty in future for mistrusting me and my research and chanelizing me to the ditch silently. I don’t hope that learned thinkers like Prof. B.V.Sreekantan, N.Kumar etc will track back who had so high opinion about my research. Please explain the respected community of academicians who was Prof. Lilawati Krishnan to recommend my termination. If I was incapable to pursue my research topic my supervisors should have recommended my termination. After all what the academic community should do when they have wrong information.

Sir, my hypothesis is that ‘Consciousness is a topologically unified information theoretic spatial structure of the brain that keeps on changing with the changing neural conditions where quantum computing in brain microtubules may bilaterally interact with this unified space that in turn may collapse the superposed tubulins to either state and thus may control the neurotransmitter dynamics. The world authority Prof. Suart Hameroff has graded my thesis ‘A’ and Prof. Bruce Mangan (UC Berkeley) had e-mailed : From a brief look just now I can say that you think and write clearly’ on the same state of the art seminar report on which I was failed by Prof. Bijoy Boruah and G. C. Ray. I don’t claim to solve the age old mystery of consciousness but to provide a unified scientific framework to explore exact mathematical neurophysics in future. Sir, from the contradictory comments on my thesis by the topmost experts you may sense that at present the whole world is so confused even to identify the direction of further research so I think that I have succeeded to create something very important even under so excessive mental torture. For the last 10 years the international community of experts was labeling Sir Roger Penrose ‘wrong’ but now they are looking at Penrose and Hameroff with some hope. Sir, I agree with the e-mail of Prof. Bernard J. Baars (UC Berkeley) that the burden of proof is on the promoters of the hypothesis but sir who a-priori could have concluded that light could not be an electromagnetic wave. Do you think that without Joule’s hypothesis thermodynamics could have been created. What I am trying to argue is that why we should not evaluate the status of my new hypothesis and come forward for cognitive revolution in the whole world. I request you to consult the international experts for their criticism and suggestions for further improvement. There is definitely some progress even when a new hypothesis gets proved ‘wrong’. Its no less enjoying to see what Prof. P. K. Roy (NBRC), Dr Ranjit Nair (CPFS), Prof. A.K. Mukhopadhyaya (AIIMS), Prof. B.V.Sreekantan (NIAS) and many others have written to me. Prof. N. Kumar (RRI) had very high opinion and had suggested me to learn topology and group theory. Prof. Yashpal also appreciated me but by a different method. How many Indians can challenge Sir Roger Penrose and receive appreciation. Even comprehending so diverse literature and integrating different approaches requires a very powerful analytical mind-brain.

Sir, academicians are the best engines of managing change because they struggle hard to create something new so they must not justify mega crime with a faith that this is the way the world works. There is much pleasure in creating something new to guide this troubled world and shape a new civilization. IITK like systems have changed this country much but why IITK should not minimize the blunders for a more powerful infrastructure to produce nobel laureates, U. N. Secretary, President, Prime minister etc beside producing 100 Narayan Murthy. Prof. Manmohan Singh stressed : ‘No objective in this development agenda can be met if we do not reform the instrument in our hand with which we have to work, namely the government and public institutions. Clearly this will be my main concern and challenge in the days to come.’ Sir, do you not feel the kind of commitment has been expressed. Do you want to make fool of such ‘well-meaning’ intellectuals also who are struggling so hard to improve the condition of the common man. Should you not take some concrete steps to minimize evils and experience a new life. Why IITK should not be made more effective to improve the conditions of common man and villagers by flowing research findings to them. ‘Mental computation’ revolution will bring drastic changes in the village life. I am willing to participate in the drastic reforms of IITK to beat MIT by 2010. This will bring many mega opportunities also. Prof. Manmohan Singh stressed : ‘My fellow citizens, I share the feeling of well-meaning citizens when they express pained concern about the decline of morals and ethics in public life. There is, however, no better way to deal with this incipient threat to our democracy than to meet it head on by joining public life ourselves….When I chose public life I did so because I was convinced that our democracy needs more professionals to become more engaged and active in politics.’ Obviously all this requires an integrated neuropolitical vision. Fortunately my research on consciousness promises to provide such revolutionary concepts for Super India 2020 and Super World 2025. Sir, my research is a must for making India a dominant global force in the equitable and multi-polar world caring more for the poor in the whole world. IITK students must be promoted to nucleate their business for strengthening the poor in the whole world.

I agree that perfect principles can not be practiced but the character of pragmatism and realism should be along higher creative goals than justifying mega crimes. The life of Kalam/Manmohan singh sirs seems more fascinating because they are striving hard for restructuring less productive traditional values to minimize chaos. At least there is some spirit of idealism that makes them so respectable so why IITK should not take some concrete steps to minimize crime and corruption. Do you not feel what ‘well meaning’ scientists are looking for. Fortunately Prof. Manmohan Singh has stressed on values/health reforms/rural reconstruction besides economic/educational/cognitive revolution. I hope that ‘well meaning’ scientists/thinkers from the whole world will join hands to achieve such goals. I want IITK to take a lead in nation building. I am not interested to create any survival problem to IITK but whatever happened to me and my family is a matter of great shame. It will be nice if some drastic reforms are nucleated. Discussion on my case will create many novel ideas for broadening the conceptual infrastructure of IITK for making it more effective for the poor.

Sir, if IITK fails to filter the truth then why IITK should not request the CBI to explore the truth. After all my charges are so grave and you people are not supposed to make fool of ‘well-meaning’ authorities rather to support them for revolution. Why you yourself should not take immediate action reporting to the authorities mentioned below with a copy to me also. I am not willing to accept any higher position at IIT Kanpur without ensuring justice to me. If power game is the only business in all spheres of life then I want to change my path from pure academician to research driven businessman, politician and social reformer etc for drastic improvement in the life of SC/ST/Backwards/Muslims/Girls etc than being a part of crime and corruption.

A SPECIAL REQUEST : I request Shree T.N.Sheshan, Kiran Bedi, Sandeep Pandeya etc and other reformers from all the sectors to feel pained concern for improving the efficiency of the government and public organizations for the benefit of the poor. Evils always existed and will exist but our efforts to reform gives a new meaning to life. The path goes through consciousness.

I request you to clarify me whether I was mentally disturbed to perceive my termination by Prof. Lilawati Krishnan at the instigation by Prof. R.S. Mishra when you were DPGC or I have been forced to dry because of excessive mental torture, sleepless nights and probably incorrect medication and external methods to save my termination during your tenure. Prof. Lilawati Krishnan had expressed her ‘wonder’ and had suggested me to consult the psychiatrist to get rid of my illusions when I requested her to explain me what mistake I had done to her for which she recommended my termination. But I have come to know that she had justified my termination in the IITK senate with Prof. Ajay Jain (CSE), Vinod Tare (Civil) and some others on the grounds that I was mentally disturbed and incapable to pursue my preferred research topic. Since both the conclusions are valid but contradictory I request you to enlighten me because the opinions of the authorities is the only guide to filter the truth on which I should take correct decisions. Please tell me and the higher authorities categorically whether Prof. Lilawati Krishnan had recommended my termination or not when you had been DPGC.

Since now matter is supposed to be discussed in the court I request you to respond to me at the earliest than remaining indecisive. I have high regards for your academic competence and justice loving nature, so request you to ensure justice to me than remaining an audience in the world of IITK crimes. As a learned academician please contribute in the evolution of IITK to the MIT level by exposing its mega crimes and exploring the alternatives. I am also planning to let my American friend produce a film on whatever happens between me and IITK. Please don’t blacken your own face in the name of academic unity. Do you not introspect that the indecisiveness of IITK authorities to handle mega injustice is a culprit to get me and my family ruined. I am trying my best to seek justice under the pressures of ‘civilized community’. This will be a great learning source to explore superior ideals to handle chaos and make public organizations and government machinery efficient making India a dominant force in an equitable and multi-polar world caring more for the poor countries as wished by Prof. Manmohan Singh. I will also contact Prof. Noam Chomsky to discuss the quantum neurolinguistic foundations of truth and justice as he had shown his sense of justice in Iraq case. I am sure that you must have struggled hard to save me but why you should not provide correct information to me and higher authorities. After all life is more than experimental verification that itself rests on our perception of reality. For details please read chapter 2 of my PhD thesis.

Sir,

On 6^th July 04 when I forwarded my letter labeling serious charges on Prof. Lilawati Krishnan and her network for damaging me by excessive mental torture and external methods during my PhD programme at IIT Kanpur you not only misbehaved me but also have silently left me to be damaged at least by excessive fear and extreme uncertainty. I had been constantly listening at IIT Kanpur that you can not take any action against so serious crimes on me by your IIT Kanpur colleagues because you yourself had played dirty crime games in damaging the career of your mechanical engineering colleague now Magsasay awardee Dr Sandeep Pandeya. I had also been listening that you became IITK director after paying 2 crores bribe to BJP leader Mr Pramod Mahajan while Atal Bihari Bajpai/Lal Krishna Advani sirs and Sonia Gandhi madam emotionally sensitize the common masses just before elections to end corruption. Since you yourself played dirty crime games and were unstable how you can go against another criminal for the sake of higher values inspite that learned academicians are now the president and prime minister of India and constantly provoking the academia for drastic reforms. Unfortunately I am in a very strange situation and badly need strong hands to stabilize and grow. I have no choice but to understand all the correct sources of my brain damage and best possible cure immediately. I wonder if I was facing some genetic or neurodegenerative disorder then how my son had got damaged during those days when justification for changing my PhD topic was being given on the grounds that my wife was satisfied with me because she was also like me. After all why you should not organize a discussion for detailed analysis of the role of IITK in damaging me & my family I am not denying the possibility of damaging me & my family by my villagers in the network of IITK but at least IITK has provided an opportunity to others to damage us. My observations are too strange and pointing towards IITK. Please don’t take so grave charges lightly rather seek the help of CBI producing a CD . Why you should not take bold initiatives to explore the sources of academic crimes so widespread in the whole world than remaining at the receiving end.

I really wonder how impotent IITK academicians are that they don’t raise their voice against so obvious crimes. Should you people not ask Prof. Lilawati Krishnan who was she to recommend my termination and why she forced me for absurd psychiatric treatment on the grounds that I was ‘illusioned’ to perceive my termination by her. Now I am facing some serious problem. Either some chemical has been dosed to me that secrets occasionally or some tantra-mantra is blocking my neuronal regeneration beyond a critical limit or some strange disease I have developed because of excessive mental torture and uncertainty for long 8 years at IITK continuing till today. For my survival I badly need to ensure my health first to nucleate a mega business. Are you people blind to observe how fast my original ideas are changing the whole world and creating a mega business of trillion dollars while we suffered so much and somehow escaped my 3 times termination to create these ideas. Will it not be good that the benefit of my original ideas go to those IITK faculties or their kids/students/favourites who suffered with me during uncertain hours than to ‘self centered and corrupt’ academicians & the think tank of Sonia jee populated by the network of Prof. Lilawati Krishnan with large no of countries. Why you people should not take immediate steps to identify all the correct sources of my brain disorders and get me cured than suppressing me for other’s business. Please discuss in the IITK senate and respond to me immediately. NIIT son Udai Pawar was also with Prof. Lilawati Krishnan/P.K. Kalra.

Since academicians had been my role models I thought too much on the sources of academic evils. I strongly think that though current political infrastructure in the whole world is extremely biased and forces the intellectuals to be corrupt and cut each other’s throat, yet the role of weak/escapist minds of intellectuals is also equally culprit. After all why academicians in the whole world so far did not revolt against the obvious infrastructural crimes on them. Even nobel laureates have to manipulate to win this prize. I really wonder why intellectuals in the whole world don’t come forward to implement their vision the way Kalam/Manmohan sirs are doing in India. Why they don’t promote young minds for drastic political reforms particularly when the cognitive inefficiency/disease of the illiterate politicians is creating so much havoc in the life of the rest of the world. Do you not think that Indian academicians neither earn money nor honour under the pressures of political/bureaucratic chaos because their brains could not produce an earthshaking research idea to convince the common masses how scientists are next to God for them. In Vedic period brahmans were not only educating the students but also exploring new formulas for socio-economic welfare that’s why kings were following their instructions. Obviously such honour can not be ensured by persuading/forcing students to explore small questions/puzzles and stealing their ideas for paper or/and business. Why you people don’t suggest your students for improving their neurocognitive efficiency than damaging them when they fail to appreciate your silent/valid but ‘self centered’ equations. The whole world knows that top to bottom everybody is corrupt manipulating money, ideas, relationships and everything possible. In such a situation if IITK takes a bold initiative to root out such evils then not only Kalam/Manmohan sirs will support you but common masses/villagers and the most learned minds in the whole world also will develop high opinion about you people to be cashed in the coming elections also. Bruno was burnt, Eddington had kicked S. Chandrashekhar… but after that the western world made drastic reforms. Every society/individual have some problem and reformers have to face tough time for treading a new path but ‘Mission Possible’. Time is now ripe to refine the premises for improving academic strength as wished by JNU vice chancellor for higher creative goals and producing large no of business elites for restructuring the village life. Kalam sir expressed on the eve of republic day 05 : ‘The youth have to create a movement of making their own homes righteous…….A new situation is emerging in the national scene in the year 2005’. His full speech is totally focused on chanelizing intellectual resources to the villagers. Obviously there will be big business and I will promote some vibrant and socially sensitive faculties/students in my political party. Please do realize how fast my ideas are changing the whole world but I badly need you to nucleate my business without compromise :

(1) Italy’s president Mr Ciampi expressed on 12^th Feb 05 in Hindustan Times (HT) : ‘More Italy in India and more India in Italy’. Our trade exchanges are still well below their full potential….It (India) has wagered on the promotion of its human capital, on education… Italian enterprise need to grasp these opportunities…But there are a no. of potential sectors for new initiatives…..I am very interested in the Indian government’s efforts to reconcile development and social justice’. Italy’s ambassador to India Mr Antonio Armellini (11^th Feb 05 TOI) fully agrees ‘Clearly, there is a new generation business relationship at work here and looking for bilateral business in the areas of taxation, aquaculture, industrial designing, co-production agreement on cinema and audio-visual media, preservation of historical heritage, and science, research & development in areas like nanotechnology and applied physics, advanced mathematics and cooperation among science laboratories etc’. He clearly pointed ‘ We have been cooperating in these areas for quite sometime, but now we will be improving upon these substantially’. I will provide my 40 letters to Sonia jee and then analyze how my original ideas are benefiting her and her network.

(2) France and US have agreed for a new world. Foreign minister (of France) Michael Barnier took Condi Rice’s call for the opening of a ‘new chapter’ in ties and went into rhetorical overdrive at a press conference with his US counterpart (10^th Feb 05 TOI) : ‘Today, the time has come to open a new phase, to start a new chapter, to start in a new way with in this very old relationship and to start in this new way to write this new chapter…Its progress, its an improvement. I think it will have some political fallout….It’s a new attitude. No more old vs new Europe’. Please analyze my e-mail ‘New Definitions of Bush-Manstein Super World-Acadaemic Reforms-Young Politicians’ to the whole world. Read my letter to Mr Kofi Annan and observe drastic UN reforms in near future. Please analyze the article of Mr Mike Moore in 7^th Jan 05 HT.

(3) Fortunately World Bank opined that Indian females are sick because of sanskriti, poor nutrition and male dominance while WHO opined that by improving the quality of thoughts, socio-economic and family conditions the health of pregnant mother and child can be improved. WHO strongly focused on how new born female child and her mother is extremely ignored in Indian villages that sometimes leads to their death while male child is a matter of ‘jashna’. Am I not crying these ideas for the last 10 years with you people. Strict traditional principles of ‘Hindu Ideology’ are 50% responsible for chaos in my life but IITK crimes can not be ignored. Its wise to sit together to develop business with me but without expecting me to compromise. Fortunately Vice President Shekhawat sir has appealed the intellectuals to restructure ‘Hindu Ideology’ for making India ‘Vishwa Guru’ again. Drastic reforms are painful but will bring mega opportunities also. Regular/correspondence ‘Family Medicine’ degree/diploma/certificate courses for uneducated rural females and ‘Village Knowledge Centers’ will strengthen them for politics.

(4) Manmohan Singh sir expressed : ‘We must make our universities world class institutions. Our science laboratories must be reoriented to inventions that have practical applications. Our industry must become more productive and our government machinery must harness information technology to build up efficient delivery systems… Our society must be knowledge-based, but we’ll also have to be a knowledge sharing society. Knowledge-sharing will strengthen liberal democracy at the grassroots and help the marginalized share the benefits of liberalization and be partners in the progress of our nation’. He has suggested to dream to provide world super top research opportunities to the whole world and turn the intellectual resources towards villagers. He is creating a ‘knowledge commission’ and is stressing on ‘reform of the criminal justice system process to be started within the next six months’. It seems to me that JNU/DU and other international intellectuals are gearing up for reforms while I am constantly in touch with AIIMS. Just observe how frequently foreigners are visiting India. Kalam sir spoke for me pointing towards Mr Ratan Tata for my one thousand crores project proposal on the eve of independence day 04: ‘To augment Government resources, I appeal to the entire corporate sector to emulate the example set by some corporate leaders who have focused on education to make a national difference. Different regions of the country may be adopted by the corporate sector within an overall national mission for education’. The mechanism should enable persons to have freedom to innovate and deliver directly.

(5) In my paper ‘A neuroinformatic framework for managing change’ in 2002 at IIITM Gwalior I had presented : ‘Industrialists can at least launch educational programmes suitable for poor kids, so that they may also change their life. This way industrialist will reach to the hearts of the villagers/poor and this trust will be extremely beneficial for the industrialists also.’ On 16^th Dec 04 I read in Times of India : ‘Microsoft India director enterprise and partner group, Sudev Muthya, explained in detail Microsoft’s vision in education. He said : “We have a long term India education programme under which we are collaborating with education departments of the central and state governments, academia developers and IT professionals.” He said Microsoft was committed to help individuals, businesses and communities to realize their full potential through IT. “For technology adoption in the education process, we are focusing to empower both students and educators”. Education has been a special focus of Microsoft. Its chairman Bill Gates has said computers could prove a powerful tool for education ‘by providing students and teachers access to a new world of information, sparking creativity and facilitating rich communication and collaboration across vast distances”. Why academia should not get me cured to benefit mutually from my own research.

After reading above sentences and many other sentences eyes of IITK must open how my ideas are triggering revolution in the whole world while I was on the verge of termination every moment. If I was an incompetent student how I succeeded to create so original ideas of far reaching implications. Soon you people are going to listen more. Its high time for you people to introspect and nucleate the foundations for making IITK like MIT such that with your original research large no of students aspire to become Bill Gates/Narayan Murthy/Aziz Prem Ji etc with you than searching ordinary jobs. Sir/Madam, I request you to create your research driven business with me and your students as one third partners. I will promote your favourites through my ‘Neuron Party’ for political positions. Sir/Madam, I request you to support me immediately. I am sure that I will regenerate to the full once the correct sources of my health troubles are clear to the doctors and me.

IITK & other academic centers must contact the thinkers/administrators in the whole world for ‘poverty-the end’ through ‘DRASTIC’ infrastructural reforms. Besides strong focus on ‘cognitive/educational’ revolution time is now ripe to modify the conceptual foundations of current scientific method reflecting biased European mind for more cognitive coherence. ‘Consciousness and emerging medical paradigm’ will bridge East and West. Mr Bush/Kerrey/Clinton/Putin/Tony Blair etc must promote ‘Vision Tank’ for better communication with countries following different political system through intellectuals/NRI to minimize ‘Lebanon/Vietnam/Afghanistan/Iraq war’ like events by promoting conceptual/cognitive coherence. I am seeing mega possibilities but will share later. Special efforts must be done for 50% females to be in politics in all the countries. My case and Iraq war have provided big opportunities to the females/black/crippled for nucleating ‘freedom struggle’ and become hero. If thousands of years ideological blunders continue then females, black, SC-ST-Backwards and other crippled will become 40 times less brainy in science and mathematics while by promoting them in new areas like cognitive neuroscience of mathematical learning, biocomputing, mathematical neurophysics, neurosocial engineering etc caste-religion-gender-colour inequality will minimize. Is ‘Islam’ such an absurd religion that blocks females to become president/prime minister or males are cognitively blind to misinterpret ‘Islam’. Why academicians don’t modify/restructure ‘Islam’ in the light of current researches in cognitive neuroscience (2) Dr Sam Pitroda, father of information revolution in India. Was late prime minister Rajiv Gandhi jee also doing vibrant research on information technology with you. Was Nehru also a ‘chor’ stealing the ideas of Gandhi Jee and other thinkers and manipulating for his favour. After all why all powers have been shifted to prime minister. Was he a corrupt prime minister or current politicians are insulting him by fostering crime and corruption or at best doing insincere ‘lip service’ against corrupt politicians just before elections. How kids of Gandhi/Ambedkar/Patel/Lohia etc disappeared. For what vested interests Nehru Jee had rejected the idea of only educated people to fight elections. Its this blunder by his time international leaders that created a totally corrupt world and forced gentle people either to be a part of evils or get isolated or at best a ‘rubber stamp’. If the premises of ‘Idea of India’ by Gandhi-Nehru time leaders are now exhausted to minimize crime and corruption, are current intellectuals ‘impotent’ to create new foundations for ‘Idea of Super India’ by 2020 ensuring higher powers to president, vice president and other intellectuals than to prime minister and other common sense enlightened thinkers. Will ‘mind dominated political infrastructure’ in the whole world not end/minimize poverty at a fast rate by creative competition for new and more valuable equations ? Now time is ripe to explore an election free but constantly public controlling political infrastructure to fuse efficiency by designing new ‘top down’ and ‘bottom up’ relations and end booth capturing, colleagues murder and other crimes silently and non locally orchestrated by politicians. (3) Prof. Yashpal-R.A. Mashelkar-Murli Manohar Joshi-J.S. Rajput-Arun Nigvekar etc: By forcing intellectuals to develop faith in the creative capacities of their minds for becoming Bill Gates/Narayan Murthy/Aziz Prem Ji etc without short cuts and by ensuring genuine honour to genuine thinkers through infrastructure corruption, poverty and prize politics etc will end/minimize and universities will produce less no of gundas. After sometime I will be a matter of proud for the whole world. (4) International Court of Justice, human rights experts, social activists and law experts of India Mr A.S.Anand-V.S. Mani-V.N. Since the whole world is corrupt she must understand that she will emerge as the most revolutionary leader by minimizing all types of evils in India. Stealing ideas for creating business is not only corruption but also proves ‘mental weakness’. Treating genuine intellectuals as ‘paltu’ and sidelining them through political infrastructure as well as personally is ‘mental disorder’. (6) Mr Arjun Singh, HRD minister and Mr Kapil Sibbal, science & technology minister of India : When intellectuals are so much frustrated with ministers and have no choice but to pay bribe to balance between their conscience and career why academia, judiciary, media, NGO and all other intellectuals should not be under the control of learned intellectuals of ‘Rajya Sabha’. For what vested interests politicians want Kalam/Manmohan/Chidambaram level scientists to be ‘paltu or at best a ‘rubber stamp’. (7) Mr Narayan Murthy-Ajij Prem Ji-Malay Choudhary-Guruswarup Srivastava-Luxmi Mittal-Ratan Tata-K.K. Birla-Ambani-Rahul Bajaj-J.K. Singhania-Modi-Dhariwal-Jindal-Sahara-Godrej etc for knowledge centered industrial revolution to become Bill Gates. (8) Mr P.C. Sharma and current CBI director of India : Are you capable of investigating my case with full honesty. (9) Prof. CNR Rao, ex-IISC, Bangalore director in the company of 24 nobel laureates who is also famous for damaging the career of his Marxism inclined colleague Prof. A.P. Shukla at IIT Kanpur. Can psychiatrists/spiritual healers (e.g. Mr Neale Donald Walsch etc) not solve their mental problems and focus along creative direction. (12) IITK girls : ‘Jago’. You should have at least allowed me to explain before creating so bad image about me under the influence of some IITK faculties. I will not forget you but will give MLA/MP ticket from my ‘Neuron Party’ to large no of vibrant faculties/NRI/alumini & industry employee/students & faculty kids etc developing rural business in the whole world and marrying themselves or/and their kids with genetically superior foreigners/Harcourtians(HBTI)/Raebarelians/Amethians and others in the region of Kanpur-Unnao-Lucknow-Sultanpur-Pratapgarh-Jaunpur-Allahanad-Fatehpur-Kanpur. Intellectual foreigners aspiring to nucleate their political party in their countries should develop relations with Raebareli/Amethi, IIT/AIIMS/IIM/JNU etc level institutes, judiciary/bureaucracy/social thinkers/media/film/sports stars in the whole world. Now my case and Iraq war must be used for hardest steps to promote 50% females/crippled for business cum politics. ‘Mentally inefficient’ politicians will just do ‘lip service’ and will hardly be sincere to promote females to be at their level but I request the learned people from the whole world to identify the mental problems of politicians-criminals-academic criminals-think tank and others and chanelize them to create a new infrastructure for less inhomogeneous but more prosperous world ensuring long due justice to females, black, crippled, academia etc through discussion with students, lectures, articles, media, films, sports etc. I am looking towards large no of ‘Naayak’ to purify ‘Gangajal’. My ‘Quantum Club’ will include large no of nobel laureates/judiciary/media/film & sports stars/NRI and other best minds of the whole world to achieve such goals. The whole world needs new values, so IIT/AIIMS/NBRC/NIMHANS etc must take big steps with international academia for the most efficient neuronal wiring/restructuring of the kids/youth and for minimizing age related inefficiency.

I will provide more letters after some time but till then let I experience how long the international academic community, that creates hue & cry when any student (e.g. Mr Cho at Virginia Tech University) revolts or when any so called ‘terrorist/Naxalite/Maoist’ organization tries to destroy the centers of excellence providing their equations for strengthening the elites mostly while surviving on ‘PUBLIC’ money (e.g. IIT Delhi mathematics professor was shooted at IISC, Bangalore), maintains ‘impotent silence’ than being as prompt to deliver justice to the students. How long the international law experts will kill their conscience than create pro-poor new constitution giving priority to the welfare of the weaker in an unprovable case & continue delivering ‘INJUSTICE’ through biased laws of the VICTORS while enjoying with the ‘PUBLIC’ money and inaugurating functions.
